Cevanto currently ships within the United States only.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed quickly and are typically fulfilled by the end of the next business day after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Products listed for sale are already made and ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page, such as with a preorder or special promotion.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless otherwise noted on the product page or during a specific promotion. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–10 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier, destination, and service selected.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Cevanto.
Carriers
Cevanto primarily ships using USPS and UPS unless otherwise requested or arranged.
P.O. Boxes
Cevanto can ship to P.O. boxes. At this time, we do not offer local pickup or local delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by the selected shipping provider. If a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, customers should first contact the carrier using the tracking information provided.
When applicable, claims should be handled through the carrier and any shipping insurance included with the order. Cevanto will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier-related issues, but is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
In rare cases, Cevanto may choose to replace or refund an order at its discretion, depending on the specific circumstances.
