Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in the condition you received them, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email hello@cevanto.co with your order number. We'll reply with instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. For a different item or color, return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email hello@cevanto.co right away and we'll make it right.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
